We are looking for a Project Manager who wants to consolidate a career being a part of a leading in vitro diagnostic company that has been growing enormously during the last 15 years.As an expert professional in your area, you will be joining our Iberia Diagnostics Department. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires effective coordination between different departments, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Project Manager will drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while identifying risks and proposing solutions


In this role you will:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports to track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs, ensuring effective change control processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and control project risks, resolving issues and obstacles that may arise.
  • Manage communication with project stakeholders, ensuring all are informed of progress and any necessary changes.
  • Prepare project documentation, including risk assessments, status updates, and project closing reports.
  • Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards.

Job requirements

What you need to be sucessful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Health, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in project management..
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with project management software tools.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.
