Job description



We are looking for a IT Professional / Helpdesk who wants to consolidate a career being a part of a leading in vitro diagnostic company that has been growing enormously during the last 15 years. As an expert professional in your area, you will be joining our Iberia team hear Barcelona. 

In this role you will:

  • Ensures the correct functioning of the IT infrastructure.
  • Detects and executes changes in the IT infrastructure
  • Ensures the necessary material, documentation and tools
  • Supports employees with local IT systems and acts as intermediary and single point of contact for HQ IT systems.
  • Provides courses and documentation for IT training of employees
  • Manage cases using ticketing tool.
  • Responsible for resolving problems within their competence or delegating/escalating them to the appropriate party, within the established deadline.
  • Interprets and applies work instructions, helping in their continuous improvement.

Job requirements

What you need to be sucessful:

  • FP in IT / Computer Engineering / Electronics and/or equivalent experience in the IVD business
  • Languages: fluent Spanish and English / Portuguese desired
  • Certifications and courses in IT Systems
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in IT Systems administration and support: Office 365, Hyper-V, Bussiness Inteligence: SQL, Power BI, Network & Security, Monitoring system, Online PBX.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk management and ticket management
  • People with a disability certificate of 33% or higher will be positively considered.
