We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Planner & Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Sant Just Desvern. This role is critical to ensuring the continuous availability of materials and finished goods across our distribution network.

You will act as a key link between suppliers, central warehouses, and internal stakeholders, using SAP S/4HANA to drive data-driven decisions and operational excellence, with a primary focus on Spanish and Portuguese markets.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

Inventory Planning & Forecasting

  • Develop and maintain inventory and replenishment strategies

  • Execute demand forecasting and adjust procurement plans

  • Monitor KPIs such as service levels, inventory turnover, and stock coverage

  • Perform inventory analysis (ABC/XYZ, slow-moving and obsolete stock management)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand

Procurement & Purchasing

  • Create and manage purchase orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

  • Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes in SAP

  • Maintain supplier data, lead times, and order parameters

  • Communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries and potential issues

  • Identify and mitigate supply risks

Warehouse Replenishment

  • Plan and execute replenishment from suppliers and internal sources

  • Run and analyze MRP outputs in SAP

  • Coordinate inbound logistics with warehouse and transport teams

  • Optimize parameters such as safety stock and reorder points

Systems & Reporting

  • Act as a key user of SAP S/4HANA (MM, MRP, WM)

  • Analyze data and generate reports for stakeholders

  • Support improvements in planning processes and master data quality

Job requirements

What you need to be sucessful:

🎓 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or similar title

🌍 Languages

  • Spanish (native)

  • English (fluent, mandatory)

  • Portuguese is a plus.

📦 Industry & Functional Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, planning, or procurement

  • Experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Pharma is a strong plus.

  • Proven experience working with SAP ERP/SAP HANA.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
