As our next People Operations Specialist, youāll play a key role in ensuring that every stage of the employee journey ā from recruitment to offboarding ā is smooth, compliant, and meaningful.

What Youāll Be Doing
šÆ Talent Acquisition & Pre-Onboarding
Manage recruitment processes end to end, coordinating with external agencies and hiring managers.
Ensure timely job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
Prepare for Day 1: system access, welcome emails, and buddy assignments.
š Training & Development
Monitor mandatory training completion (e.g., Compliance, EMEA Connect).
Help managers identify development needs and follow up on learning plans.
Track training KPIs to measure completion and effectiveness.
š Performance Management
Support performance review cycles and goal-setting timelines.
Advise on development plans and performance improvement strategies.
Ensure alignment with company performance standards.
š Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory obligations.
Coordinate with Health & Safety external partners.
Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to reduce risks.
š¤ Employee Relations
Be a trusted point of contact for employee concerns.
Mediate conflicts and support fair disciplinary processes.
Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive work culture.
š Employee Experience
Support employee engagement initiatives and satisfaction surveys.
Track key people KPIs such as absenteeism and turnover.
š Onboarding
Conduct onboarding meetings and welcome sessions.
Ensure completion of all compliance documentation and systems setup.
Support team integration and communicate key HR policies and benefits.
š Offboarding
Coordinate smooth and compliant exit processes.
Lead exit interviews and analyze trends to improve retention and experience.
Job requirements
What You Need to Be Successful
š Education & Background
University degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources or Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from an accredited institution.
š¼ Professional Experience
3ā5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or HRBP, preferably in a dynamic or multinational environment.
Proven experience across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, compensation & benefits.
Solid understanding and hands-on application of Spanish employment law (knowledge of Portuguese labor law is a plus)
š» Digital & Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HR applications (e.g., Learning Management Systems, SuccessFactors, or other digital platforms related to talent development and HR operations).
Comfortable working with data, reports, and digital tools to support strategic HR processes.
š Languages
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Spanish: native or full professional proficiency (as previously confirmed).
Portugues is a plus.
