As our next People Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that every stage of the employee journey — from recruitment to offboarding — is smooth, compliant, and meaningful.

What You’ll Be Doing

šŸŽÆ Talent Acquisition & Pre-Onboarding

  • Manage recruitment processes end to end, coordinating with external agencies and hiring managers.

  • Ensure timely job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.

  • Prepare for Day 1: system access, welcome emails, and buddy assignments.

šŸ“š Training & Development

  • Monitor mandatory training completion (e.g., Compliance, EMEA Connect).

  • Help managers identify development needs and follow up on learning plans.

  • Track training KPIs to measure completion and effectiveness.

šŸ“ˆ Performance Management

  • Support performance review cycles and goal-setting timelines.

  • Advise on development plans and performance improvement strategies.

  • Ensure alignment with company performance standards.

šŸ“œ Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory obligations.

  • Coordinate with Health & Safety external partners.

  • Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to reduce risks.

šŸ¤ Employee Relations

  • Be a trusted point of contact for employee concerns.

  • Mediate conflicts and support fair disciplinary processes.

  • Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive work culture.

🌟 Employee Experience

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and satisfaction surveys.

  • Track key people KPIs such as absenteeism and turnover.

šŸ‘‹ Onboarding

  • Conduct onboarding meetings and welcome sessions.

  • Ensure completion of all compliance documentation and systems setup.

  • Support team integration and communicate key HR policies and benefits.

šŸ‘‹ Offboarding

  • Coordinate smooth and compliant exit processes.

  • Lead exit interviews and analyze trends to improve retention and experience.

Job requirements

What You Need to Be Successful

šŸŽ“ Education & Background

  • University degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources or Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from an accredited institution.

šŸ’¼ Professional Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or HRBP, preferably in a dynamic or multinational environment.

  • Proven experience across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, compensation & benefits.

  • Solid understanding and hands-on application of Spanish employment law (knowledge of Portuguese labor law is a plus)

šŸ’» Digital & Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HR applications (e.g., Learning Management Systems, SuccessFactors, or other digital platforms related to talent development and HR operations).

  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and digital tools to support strategic HR processes.

šŸŒ Languages

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Spanish: native or full professional proficiency (as previously confirmed).

  • Portugues is a plus.
