Job description



We are looking for a Field Sales Representative who wants to consolidate a career being a part of a leading in vitro diagnostic company that has been growing enormously during the last 15 years. As an expert professional in your area, you will be joining our Iberia Diagnostics Business Unit supporting the assigned region (Castilla la Mancha- Andalucia- Canarias).

In this role you will:

  • Actively develop customer relationships in your geographic area.
  • Build long-term customer partnerships defined by Sysmex Sales Strategy and policies in a specific geographic area.
  • Focus on sales product portfolio in accordance with the Business Unit it belongs to.
  • Be responsible for registering the reagents in purchases and sending the FOC of the equipment if necessary.
  • Develop together with the client the ideal format/solutions for the client's needs (scientific support).
  • Be the main representative related to formats/solutions, making use of all the necessary Sysmex resources, always respecting Sysmex compliance and the FENIN code of ethics.
  • Develop sales strategies together with the application specialist, the BS Manager, and the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Take responsibility for the sales budget (net sales, sales price), prepare sales forecasts for your area in the CRM (Sales Funnel/Forecast).
  • Generate and manage the OGP sales process (OTC - order tracking and billing).
  • Prepare delivery/solutions and scientific training for physicians.
  • Participate in exhibitions and samples.
  • Study the market, competition, and client evolution – inform Regional/BS Managers about market trends.
  • Assist in managing sales invoice collection.
  • Continuously update the CRM, product/market analysis with product specialists.
  • Negotiate and close agreements.

Job requirements

What you need to be sucessful:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a Biosciences related field
  • Native level of Spanish and fluent in English
  • 4-6 years of experience working in the clinical medical sector
  • Decision making 
  • Commercial experience 
  • High customer orientation
  • To live near Madrid, Sevilla, Málaga or Córdoba. 
  • People with a disability certificate of 33% or higher will be positively considered.
