Field Sales Representative — Valencia

Job description

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative who wants to consolidate a career being a part of a leading in vitro diagnostic company that has been growing enormously during the last 15 years. As an expert professional in your area, you will be joining our Iberia Life Science Business Unit supporting the assigned region (Valencia).

In this role you will:

  • Develop constant relationships with customers in your geographical area
  • Develop sales strategies together with the BS/ Regional Sales Manager
  • Responsible to register the reagents in purchases and sending the FOC of the equipments
  • Develop ideal scientific solutions to the customer's needs
  • Being responsible of developing the sales strategy within the assigned area
  • Responsible for the sales budget, preparing sales forecast for the area assigned in the CRM
  • Organize and participate at events based on the laboratory technology and diagnostic value of Sysmex
  • Define the presentation of offers according to user´s needs and sales strategy
  • Study the market, competitors and customer evolution – inform Regional/BS Managers about market trends
  • Negotiate and close agreements
  • Update the CRM, product/market analysis with product specialists
  • Generate and manage the OGP sales process
  • Prepare and update solutions and scientific trainings to customers

Job requirements

What you need to be sucessful:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a Biosciences related field
  • Native level of Spanish and fluent in English
  • 4-6 years of experience working in the clinical medical sector
  • Experience working with IVD products
  • Strong attention to detail with superb organizational & analytical skills
  • High orientation to customers and ability to generate leads
  • Able to explain scientific complex solutions to all publics
