Job description
We are looking for a Field Application Specialist who wants to consolidate a career being a part of a leading in vitro diagnostic company that has been growing enormously during the last 15 years.
As an expert professional in your area, you will be joining our Iberia Diagnostics Department focusing on the Hemostasis portfolio of Sysmex.
In this role you will:
- Assist the sales network about laboratory technology specialized in vitro diagnostic tests / procedures
- Provide technical and clinical support while managing the assigned accounts to obtain revenue and promote Sysmex products
- Provide support to the technical department, customers, and physicians
- Increase the efficiency of the sales workflow by organizing scientific product trainings and customer demos
- Organize and participate at events based on the laboratory technology and diagnostic value of Sysmex
- Promote knowledge of laboratory technology and all its components (Total Lab Automation)
- Serve as a reliable contact person to manage the relations between the client and other Sysmex departments involved
- Prepare and update documentation, reports, and clinical guidelines
- Achieve product sales quota being the main responsible of the sales budget in the assigned account
- Build long-term customer partnerships according to company´s strategy
- Focus on the sale of the product portfolio defined by the business unit
- Being responsible for registering the reagents in purchases and sending the FOC of the equipment if necessary
- Develop together with the clients, solutions according to their needs (scientific support)
- Generate and manage the OGP sales process (OTC - order tracking and billing)
- Provide scientific support and deliver trainings to practitioners
- Study the market, competitors and customer evolution – inform Regional/BS Managers about market trends
Job requirements
What you need to be sucessful:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a Biosciences related field
- Native level of Spanish and fluent in English
- 4 – 6 years of experience working in the hemostasis coagulation business
- Technical knowledge of IVD products/Industry
- Strong attention to detail with superb organizational & analytical skills
- Capacity to negotiate and close agreements
- Commercial experience and high orientation to customers
- Able to explain scientific complex solutions to all publics
- Computer skills: MS Office, (CRM), management programs
