Job description


We are looking for a Contract Management, Billing and Invoicing professional who wants to consolidate a career being a part of a leading in vitro diagnostic company that has been growing enormously during the last 15 years.

Main responsibilities:

  • Contract billing and invoicing (cost per test, rental, maintenance, reagents...)
  • Guarantee that contracts with clients (renting contracts, service contracts, reagents…) are configured systematically and correctly.
  • Be the focal point in sales, ensure accurate management and addition of all data in CRM and SAP.
  • Validate and Verify Sales/Finance information and create contracts in SAP, attaching all supporting documentation (economic offer, tender, contract)
  • Validate Master Data and ensure good maintenance and storage of data in SAP, especially in data changes and accessions.
  • Manage the installation, uninstallation and “virtual movements” of associated technical objects.
  • Keep changes in contracts updated according to client activity.
  • Sanity checks (end date of contracts, materials, quantity, and time of extension of end date, profitability center, business sector, partner roles)


Job requirements

What you need to be successful:

  • University degree of business administration or equivalent experience in the field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Deep knowledge of SAP ERP and CRM
  • Knowledge of basic software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint. MS Office 360)
  • Languages: native Spanish and fluent English.
  • Highly organized with strong orientation process and adaptability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with superb organizational & analytical skills
  • Time management skills to work on several different projects at the same time.
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-responsibility and Self-initiated
