Location: Hybrid work model (office in St. Joan Despí – 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Type: Paid internship through a university agreement

Join our team as a Compensation and Benefits Intern and take part in a key EMEA-wide project. You’ll gain valuable experience learning about benefits practices across different countries, benchmarking market trends, and supporting core compensation activities.

As part of the project team, you will support the implementation of the EC Benefits module in SuccessFactors across the EMEA region. You will work closely with local HR teams, help gather and structure data, and assist in stakeholder communication throughout the process.

🧩 Your key responsibilities:

  • Support the rollout of the EC Benefits module in SuccessFactors across EMEA.

  • Coordinate with local HR teams to ensure local needs are reflected in the system.

  • Collect and organize information on existing benefits across countries.

  • Collaborate with HRIS to ensure system configuration meets requirements.

  • Assist in creating communication materials for various project stakeholders.

  • Learn about compensation methodologies, best practices, and compliance aspects.

Job requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a university.

  • Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).

  • Advanced MS Excel skills are a must.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize effectively.

  • Knowledge of compensation concepts or experience in payroll is a plus.
